Question:

The power supply input voltage: AC100-240V ,Output voltage: DC12V

when it work for the 12V lamp,use AC110V input, the lamp turn on will delay 2-5 seconds when power on.

Why this happen ?

Answer:

Usually the power supply design to work for AC220V mainly, the lamp will turn on instantly when power on.

But if the input not AC220V, its will delay, because the power supply add one IC for overload cureent protect,all the voltage need pass IC,then output to the lamp,its more safe to protect the lamp burn.
