if you use the software LEDmagic first, the software do not work normally, it is amlsot because, some important files are blocked by your secutity software, like Windows Defender,so try to unzip it again following this guide.

Step1:

ceatre a new folder in your disk to store the software files.

Step2:

Add this folder to white list in seculity software, like Windows Dedender.

Step3:

Disable realtime protection in Defender.

Step4:

Download the software again from our server.

Step5:

Unzip the software files to the folder created in step1.

Step6:

Acitve the realtime protection.

Step7:

Open the software, allow it run, and choose language.

Step8:

Install flash player by title- help option.
